David Gledhill is Group Chief Information Officer, as well as Head of Group Technology & Operations at DBS Bank, a leading Asian bank and recognized by Euromoney in 2018 as the "World's Best Digital Bank". Under his leadership, the bank has consistently delivered business value through the innovative use of technology. In 2017 he was the recipient of the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan CIO Leadership Award, becoming the first CIO from an Asian company to have won.
David brings with him over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry and has spent over 20 years in Asia. Prior to joining DBS in 2008, he worked 20 years at JP Morgan, holding senior regional positions in Technology & Operations.
Mr. Montgomery A. Hong has served as CIO since January 2017. He has over 31 years of experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in large-scale Business and IT Transformation programs.

Vivek Puthucode leads Microsoft's Small and Midmarket solutions and Partner engagements across the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea and the Southeast Asia New Markets (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Cambodia, Brunei, Laos, Bangladesh and Myanmar).
He joined Microsoft in 2015 as the business leader for their public sector business in Asia Pacific and was responsible for building relationships and strategic alliances with government agencies, partners, customers and sales engagements.
Vivek has twenty years of experience across the technology sector and has earned a reputation for thought leadership, deep engagement with the leaders in government and with his knowledge and experience, he is attuned to the needs of customers and partners. Prior to Microsoft, Vivek was at SAP leading their Public Services and Healthcare business for Asia Pacific and Japan. His previous experiences also include more than ten years in the Partner ecosystem and consulting organizations in a variety of roles across Druid Asia Pacific, Atos Origin Australia and Oxygen ANZ.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and he is also an active volunteer focussed on healthcare and education services in the region.
Vivek is passionate about the role of technology in providing access, equity and quality education to children in the emerging markets, to improve employability and quality of life. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two children and when he has a minute to spare, he tries to travel for golf and do sun salutations, though not all at the same time.
Chwee Chua is the Global Lead for Cognitive Science and Automation at Schroders. Based in Singapore, Chwee is responsible for leading the team in developing and delivering solutions for businesses using innovative technology tools.
He works closely with various business units and brings along more than a decade of industry experience in using data analytics and technology for business innovation and transformation. His work included consulting and architecting solutions for operational and marketing analytics, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Chwee's role extends beyond engaging the business and assisting them in making informed decisions. He provides practical guidance and advisory to line of business leaders in developing and delivering strategic ICT solutions that align with their business goals.
Prior to joining Schroders, Chwee was at IDC leading global research in Big Data Analytics and AI; and at Exeter Group managing and delivering enterprise solutions in the pharmaceutical, government, insurance, non-profit, and higher education sectors across the United States and Middle East.
Siew Choo joined DBS Bank in November 2014 as a Managing Director of Technology.
In the first two years of her tenure at DBS, she was responsible for driving strategy for enterprise-wide technology solutions for core banking, finance, risk, compliance, and audit. During this time, she drove major transformation in the technology talent pool and architecture, including the insourcing of technology resources, re-architecture of major platforms towards cloud-native architecture patterns, adoption of platform-as-a-service (including Pivotal Cloud Foundry), and Agile as a business practice for large scale programs. In 2017, she led the ANZ integration across five markets, and the creation of the enterprise data platform to transform DBS into a data-driven company. In late 2017, she was appointed to head of consumer banking and big data analytics technology. In this role, she is responsible for driving digital bank transformation and wealth management priorities including robo-advisory and the build-out of the ecosystem via open APIs across multiple countries. In addition, she is responsible for driving the reorganization of technology and businesses groups for consumer banking, enterprise core banking, and enterprise data into that of a platform model, adopting truly Agile ways of working and architecture.
For 19 years prior to joining DBS Bank, Ms. Choo played various senior technology leadership roles across Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore at JPMorgan. During this period, she led many multi-year technology build-outs to support JPM's aggressive business expansion for equities and transaction banking across Asia.
Chuu Yi is currently the Director of the Centre for Industry & Lifelong Learning at Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), she oversees strategies, policies and processes for industry collaboration and continuing education training at the polytechnic and coordinates across schools and CET institutes to drive these areas.
Prior to this role, she was responsible for leading and managing the School of Business Management in various areas including Staff and Student matters, Academic Programmes, Professional Training, and Industry Collaborations. She had also been with the School of IT for many years and had worked closely with industry leaders such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP, and many others to bring industry best practices and technology into NYP's pedagogy and curriculum. In particular, she championed the setup of the Big Data & Analytics Innovation Centre, Cloud Enablement Centre, and Enterprise Mobility Innovation Centre. She also represented Nanyang Polytechnic in the executive committee of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation Cloud Chapter.
Before Nanyang Polytechnic, her experiences include IT project development and management for MINDEF during her stint with the Defence Science and Technology Agency.
Jana has been working in the tech industry for 20+ years. Czech native and Swedish citizen, Jana lives in Singapore since 2011. She headed teams and country operations at Sybase, Sas, Socialbakers in Europe and Asia-Pacific. She co-founded Customer Data Platform tech start-up Meiro.io in 2017 and non-profit movement SheLovesData in 2016. Since then over 3,000 women attended 50+ workshops in South East Asia and ANZ. 2008 and 2009 Jana was named one of the Top 25 leading business women of the Czech Republic.
Ashok Mysore has over 26 years of industry experience across Telecommunications, Financial Services, Logistics, Energy, Utilities and Services industries. He is the Vice President and the Infosys Regional Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand, where he is responsible for developing a performance-driven culture among a group of diverse and talented individuals to achieve accelerated profitable growth by delivering value while continuously improving internal efficiencies.
Ashok joined Infosys in 2004 to lead the telco, media, and entertainment business and has held numerous industry and sales leadership roles, before taking up the Regional COO role for delivery and operations across Australia and New Zealand in 2014. Ashok has wide experience in sales leadership, general management and consulting across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, India and South-East Asia.
Ashok as part of Global Deputy COO's office is responsible to roll out all corporate initiatives in ANZ region focusing on Digital, trending technologies and talent localization strategy. Ashok chairs the Global Steering Committee on Blockchain, sits on multiple customer steering committees and program boards, and has been actively involved with the Australian Computer Society for many years.
Ashok completed his Executive Leadership Program from the Stanford Graduate School of Management, and has an MBA in Strategy & Leadership from the Mt Eliza Business School as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Matt Quinn manages TIBCO's day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the growth and development of TIBCO's products and technologies, including the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud. Formerly serving in executive roles including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Products and Technology, Matt has spent more than 20 years with TIBCO leading large-scale transformations to organizational structure and product strategy. He received his BA in Computer Science and Masters of Applied Science Information Technology from RMIT University Melbourne.
Thomas Been is responsible for worldwide marketing at TIBCO. Under his leadership, the marketing team creatively drives a digital marketing revolution using TIBCO-powered tools and best-of-breed marketing technologies for corporate communications, global customer programs, campaigns, and corporate events to help TIBCO customers navigate their own digital transformation. In 15 years at TIBCO, Thomas has held strategic roles, both technical and sales-oriented, creating some of TIBCO's key customer relationships. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Physics from the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis in France.
As the global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TIBCO, Nelson Petracek is helping to shape the development of TIBCO's emerging technology platforms and products. With over 20 years of experience, Nelson works to deliver solutions for the next stage of digital business, drawing upon his deep knowledge of cloud, blockchain, low-code applications, microservices, and event processing. A strong technology evangelist, he works with customers to identify and define the appropriate use of various technologies and architectures, and advises on best practices and information delivery patterns. Nelson received his Bachelor of Commerce in Computational Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
