When is TIBCO NOW 2019 London?
TIBCO® NOW™ 2019 London will begin with registration opening at 8:00 am on Wednesday, September 25, and end with a hosted Happy Hour event on Thursday evening, September 26.
Where will TIBCO NOW 2019 London take place?
All sessions, keynotes, and events* will be held in the Hilton London Metropole. The Hilton London Metropole is just a two-minute walk from Edgware Road underground station serving the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines. Paddington Station is only a 10-minute walk away and offers direct access, via the Heathrow Express, to Heathrow Airport. St. Pancras International station, with Eurostar access to the continent, is just 12 minutes away. Discover several attractions only a 10-minute walk away, including Oxford Street shopping, Marble Arch, and Hyde Park. Reach both Regent's Park and ZSL London Zoo via a five-minute underground journey. Paddington Station also offers easy access to Notting Hill and High Street Kensington.

If I want to stay at the Hilton London Metropole, is there a discount available?
Yes. TIBCO has secured room rates starting at £185GBP/night single occupancy and £195GBP/night double occupancy, not including applicable taxes and fees (subject to availability) and breakfast will be provided to all registered attendees. The TIBCO NOW rate is only available through the TIBCO NOW registration form.
When can the room rate discount be used?
TIBCO group nights are the nights of September 24 through September 26, 2019. Nights other than group nights are considered extensions and are not guaranteed at the TIBCO group rate. If you would like to stay nights other than our group nights, be sure to make a request during registration and the TIBCO team will confirm availability and rates as soon as possible.

Do you offer Special Pricing for Government/Education?
Yes. Employees of government and educational agencies can register for $695.00USD. To receive the government/education rate, enter your government or educational institution email address and select "Government/Education" for your relationship to TIBCO on the first page of registration.

Note: you will need to provide proof that your employer is a government entity.
Do you offer Group Rates?
When five (5) or more people from your organization have registered for full price conference passes, you can request complimentary additional pass(es) as shown below:/p>
5–9 Registrants = 1 free pass
10–14 Registrants = 2 free passes
15–19 Registrants = 3 free passes
20–24 Registrants = 4 free passes
25+ Registrants = 5 free passes
Please note: Cancellations and/or promotions may reduce or nullify your organization's qualification level. Government/Education (not for profit) passes do not qualify as part of the group rate discount. If your organization has multiple subsidiaries, please advise all of the affiliated company names to be included in your pass calculation at the time of your request.
When does conference check-in open?
You may pick up your name badge and conference materials starting Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 8:00 am*. The registration desk will remain open through 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Details on location will be provided prior to the conference.

How can I obtain a visa to attend the conference?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received after August 23, 2019 will be refunded the full registration fee less a $150.00 (USD) processing fee. Cancellations received after September 21, 2019 5:00pm PT will not receive a refund. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to email@example.com.
If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your registration. Be sure to email the TIBCO NOW team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the transfer of your registration and provide the following details for your replacement: name, company, email address, business address, business city, business state, business zip/postal code (if applicable), business country and mobile phone.

Is there an age requirement to attend TIBCO NOW 2019?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to attend TIBCO NOW 2019. Note that you must be 18 or older to check into the event hotel. Guests checking into the hotel under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older per hotel policy.
What is the attire?
All sessions and events are business casual.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided to all attendees throughout the conference (Wednesday, September 25 through Thursday, September 26, 2019). Including plentiful canapés and drinks at evening functions.
Note: Special dietary requirements should be indicated during registration and may be provided for breakfast and lunch. Any meals or snacks outside of the sponsored functions listed in the agenda will be at attendee's expense.
Will there be evening functions? And may I bring a guest?
Evening events are currently scheduled as shown below. With the exception of separately purchased guest passes, attendance is limited to registered attendees only.

How do I get to TIBCO NOW 2019?
The Hilton London Metropole is just a two-minute walk from Edgware Road underground station serving the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines. There is also easy access to and from M40, M1, and M25, and car parking is available on Harbet Road, at the back of the hotel.
St. Pancras International station, with Eurostar access to the continent, is just 20 minutes away. Take the underground from Kings Cross Station on the Hammersmith and City line and exit at Edgware Road Station. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk. Alternatively, it's just a 20-minute taxi ride between St. Pancras and the event venue.
From Heathrow Airport, take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, which is only a 10-minute walk away from Hilton London Metropole. Taxi or car service may take up to an hour and will be dependant on local traffic.
From Gatwick Airport, take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and transfer to the Bakerloo line to the Edgware Road underground station. Taxi or car service may take up to an hour and a half and will be dependant on local traffic.
From London City Airport there are many options via the underground. Taxi or car service may take up to an hour and will be dependant on local traffic.
