TIBCO® NOW™ 2017 has gone global. The tour will begin in Singapore on March 27–28, 2017; then onto Berlin, June 6–7; and finally San Diego, October 25–26. Don’t miss it!!! To help you coordinate your arrival, Berlin general start times are as follows:

Where will TIBCO NOW 2017 Berlin take place?
All sessions, keynotes, and events will be held in the conference center at the Estrel Conference Center connected to the Estrel Hotel in Berlin. The Estrel Berlin is Germany’s largest hotel and the foremost show hotel of the capital.
If I want to stay at the Estrel Hotel, is there a discount available?
Yes. TIBCO has secured a room rate starting at EUR149/night (not including applicable taxes and fees) and subject to availability. Note: this rate is only available through the TIBCO NOW Berlin registration website or by visiting now.tibco.com. The TIBCO NOW registration team will do their best to accommodate your hotel preferences.
When can the room rate discount be used?
Hotel extensions can be secured through the TIBCO NOW Berlin registration website and are based on hotel availability and time of booking.

When five (5) or more people from your organization have registered for full price conference passes, you can request complimentary additional pass(es) as shown below:
- 5–9 Registrants = 1 free pass
- 10–14 Registrants = 2 free passes
- 15–19 Registrants = 3 free passes
- 20–24 Registrants = 4 free passes
- 25+ Registrants = 5 free passes
Please note: Cancellations and/or promotions may reduce or nullify your organization’s qualification level. Government/Education (not for profit) passes do not qualify as part of the group rate discount. If your organization has multiple subsidiaries, please advise all of the affiliated company names to be included in your pass calculation at the time of your request.
When does conference check-in open?
You may pick up your name badge and conference materials starting Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM through Wednesday. Details on location will be provided prior to the conference.
How can I obtain a visa in order to attend the conference?
If you require a visa letter for travel, please contact Suzzy Mitchell, email@example.com, who will be able to provide you with one.
Is a government discount rate offered?
Yes. Government employees can register for $595.00. (Please look for the government registration type). Also note that you will need to provide proof that your company is a government entity.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received after May 9, 2017 will be refunded the full registration fee less a $150.00 (USD) processing fee. Cancellations received after June 2, 2017 5:00pm PT will not receive a refund of registration fees. All cancellations must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is there an age requirement to attend TIBCO NOW 2017?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to attend TIBCO NOW 2017.
What is the attire?
All sessions and events are business casual.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided to all attendees throughout the conference (Tuesday, June 6 through Wednesday, June 7).
Note: special dietary requirements should be indicated during registration. Any meals or snacks outside the sponsored functions listed in the agenda will be at attendee’s expense.
Will there be evening functions? And may I bring a guest?
Evening events are scheduled for each day of the event. Unless otherwise noted below, attendance is limited to conference guests only.

How do I get to TIBCO NOW 2017?
The Estrel Berlin’s convenient location and ideal transportation connections mean that we are easy to reach both by car and when using public transport.
The nearest slip road to the highway is only 1.5 kilometers away, and we’re only 13 kilometers from Berlin’s Schönefeld Airport (SXF) and 18 kilometers from Airport Tegel (TXL). The Sonnenallee S-Bahn commuter train station can be reached on foot in only three minutes, and a bus stop and taxi rank are located right in front of the hotel.
